Thoughtful Gift Giving
It’s that season again when we start thinking about gift giving. This year I decided to interview loved ones about their favorite things so gift-giving could be a little more creative
and fun.
If you love to make gifts for the folks you love I hope this list will help spark your crafting creativity!
Below you will find downloadable versions of our “Family Favorites” list
so
you can
begin gathering
ideas!
There is also a coloring page version for your school aged little folks to fill in on their own.
You’ll notice a few blank spaces on the “Family Favorites List” use these to record specific “Favorites” to help you craft or find the perfect gift.
For example if I wanted to create embroidered gifts I’d ask my family and friends for their “Favorite quote” or “Favorite Bible Verse.” If I wanted to create a painting or art piece I’d ask them about their “Favorite Artist or Illustrator” this would help inform my design choices and the feeling I wanted my art to have.
A few extra examples include:
Favorite Art Style
Favorite Children’s Book / Children’s Book Illustrator
Would You Rather Spend The Day In The City or Country,
Beach or Mountains
Favorite Continent/ Country
Favorite Bird
Favorite Sea Creature
Favorite Craft To Do or Art Medium
Hardcopy Versions or Audio Books?
There are so many questions you can ask to help you pinpoint what will bless your loved ones the most! Hope you enjoy interviewing your friends and family!
